Timeless Classic Tudor-style home with Modern Renovation

This project was driven by great design and owners that wanted to upgrade the homes finishes while keeping true to the architectural integrity of the home. Modifications were made both on the interior and exterior of the home and a close eye was kept to insure that all changes were made to look as if they were original to this decade old home. Exterior details like the copper roof along with timber tudor details were carefully restored and integrated with the new renovation work to seamlessly tie everything together. The interior of the home was demolished down to the framing so that all new finishes and technology could be introduced. After upgrading the mechanical systems and energy efficiency of the spaces, the design team and owners provided a new palette that was both in keeping with their personal style while still allowing aspects of the older home to carry through. The Kitchen expands into a private Sitting Room and Breakfast area that allows the family to comfortably spend time with each other, while other rooms on the first floor are immaculately detailed with fine finishes. The lower level was also completely renovated and allowed for the owners to redesign the spaces to fit their growing family needs. An expanded Mudroom area adjacent to the Laundry and Play Room allows for every item to have it's own place while the Theater Room provides an oasis for them to enjoy any movie or sports event they desire.
